Rules and tips

Build eight layers. Only the overlap with the layer below survives; an overlap under one unit ends the run. Align within 0.6 units for a perfect placement that keeps the whole width. Each layer earns 100 points, plus up to 25 for precision.

Keyboard: focus the board first. Arrows move, Shift + arrows fine-tunes, Space or Enter places, and P pauses. Changing modes or leaving the tab pauses play.

With reduced motion enabled, only planning mode is offered.

Leave a little room for the next layer.

A small story behind the play

It began with a classroom tower.

In a spaghetti-and-egg classroom challenge, our group chose option 3A and reached 21 cm. This original game explores alignment and room for error in a different way. Back with a real structure, measuring and testing earlier leaves more room to change it.

Rules and a little mathematics

Pressing a cell twice cancels its effect, and move order does not change the combined result. A hint searches for a smallest set of presses from the current position and marks one of them. It highlights a move; you still choose whether to make it.

The same UTC date gives the same puzzle. Progress lasts for this page visit. Use Tab or arrows to choose a cell, then Space or Enter to toggle it.
